1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the citycleanteam website (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at citycleanteam.com (the "Service") operated by citycleanteam ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
2. Description of Services
citycleanteam provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Metro Manila, Philippines. Our services include:
- Residential cleaning services
- Commercial and office cleaning
- Deep cleaning and sanitization
- Post-construction cleanup
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Regular maintenance cleaning
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to our clients.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling services
- Ensure safe access to your property for our cleaning professionals
- Secure or remove valuable items, fragile objects, and personal documents
- Notify us in advance of any special requirements or areas requiring special attention
- Pay for services as agreed upon in our service agreements
- Treat our staff with respect and professionalism
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Booking and Scheduling
All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. We operate Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Rescheduling: We allow rescheduling with at least 4 hours notice at no additional charge, subject to availability.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payment methods.
Late Payment: Payments not received within 7 days of the service date may incur a late fee of ₱500 or 5% of the total amount, whichever is greater.
Disputes: Any billing disputes must be reported within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate all disputes in good faith and work towards a fair resolution.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of citycleanteam and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, schedule services, or contact us for support. This information may include:

- Property address and access details
- Service preferences and special instructions
- Payment information
- Communication preferences
We use this information to provide and improve our services, process payments, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall citycleanteam, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for all damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.
We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our cleaning operations. However, we encourage clients to maintain their own insurance coverage for personal property and valuables.
9. Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge.
Our guarantee does not cover damage to items that are not properly secured or items that were already damaged prior to our service. We are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or items that are not suitable for cleaning.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all services completed prior to termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before pursuing formal legal action. We are committed to working with our clients to resolve any concerns amicably and professionally.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
